The Cliffs of Dover are giant white cliffs along the coast of England. These cliffs are made of chalk. Lots of people visit them because they are so impressive, and they are a symbol of England. You can see the cliffs from France, too!

Today we have started the class practising how to introduce ourselves. It is a basic conversation, but very helpful when meeting someone for the first time. After practising several times, we move on to the next activity: a role play. ROLEPLAY 1: AT A VIP PARTY We pretended that we were celebrities invited to the Vogue Magazine VIP Party. Each of us had a card with our identity and a list of people we wanted to meet. It was fun to get to know such a group of famous people!:) GRAMMAR 1: PERSONAL PRONOUNS We reviewed the use of the Personal Pronouns with a little workbook.  HOMEWORK: At home, you need to finish your workbook exercises, copy the grammar point in your notebook and practice for our first mini test. We are having a test tomorrow (1B and 1C). 1A will have the exam on Thursday.
